Due to the nature of our herbal products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly replace or refund damaged items.
Unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
